2017 USATF Montana Association Track & Field Championships, June 9-10

The USATF Montana Association has announced the date for its outdoor track & field championships to be contested on June 9-10, 2017.  This year’s championships will be hosted by the Bozeman Track Club in Bozeman at the Bozeman Senior High School track & field complex and offers a new look.

In addition to the Junior Olympic division (18-n-under), the Association is looking to offer a limited number of events for both open (19+) and masters (39+) competitors.

Furthermore, to raise the bar for competition, athletes from the state of Wyoming will be invited to compete this year in preparation for the Region 11 Junior Olympic championships in Meridian, ID on June 22-24, 2017.

Ribbons and USATF wrist bands for everyone entered with USATF medals awarded to the top five finishers in each event with “all” competitors in the six Junior Olympic divisions eligible to advance to the Region 11 Junior Olympic track & field championships in Meridian, ID.  In addition to the competition take in the campus setting with concessions, snow cones, photos and awesome apparel provided by Fine Design.

A 2017 USATF membership is required for all Junior Olympic, Open and Masters competitors.  Make sure to review “all” of the information above.  On-line registration at athletic.net (click here) will open on Monday, April 17, 2017 with registration closing Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 11:59 PM (MST).
